A whisky cask investment site & broker CRM, built end-to-end on Lovable.

Tavrix Group sell rare cask whisky to high-net-worth UK investors. We designed and shipped tavrixgroup.com plus a custom CRM that tracks every lead from QR codes, national press inserts and digital ads into authenticated portals for their brokers — one stack, no glue.

The brief

One inbox for every channel a luxury investor touches.

Tavrix’s lead flow is messy by design — a QR code on a printed insert, a half-page in The Mail on Sunday, a feature in The Observer, a piece in The Times, paid Meta, organic search. They needed one place to see where every lead actually came from, and brokers needed their own login to work the leads assigned to them — without another six-figure SaaS contract.

The brand had to feel investment-grade — quiet confidence, editorial typography, no funnel theatre. The system underneath had to be unfussy, fast and entirely under their control.

What we shipped

A premium site and a CRM that knows where leads came from.

01 / SITE

Premium marketing site

Editorial dark theme, age gate, story-first journey through Why Whisky and The Meaning. Designed to signal trust to private clients.

02 / TRACKER

Multi-channel lead tracker

Every form, QR scan and ad URL is tagged at source. Channel, publication, campaign and date stored alongside the lead.

03 / PORTALS

Auth-gated broker portals

Each broker logs into a workspace with only their assigned leads, notes, follow-up dates and lifecycle stage.

04 / ADMIN

Founder admin dashboard

Totals by channel, top-performing publications, conversion velocity, single source of truth for the leadership team.

Don’t guess. We need to know which Sunday paper actually moved someone to scan the code.

How we built it

Lovable for everything — front-end, auth, database, intake.

The whole stack ships on Lovable. Lovable Cloud handles persistence and role-based access for brokers vs admins. Public lead-capture endpoints write into the same tables the brokers read from, so attribution is recorded once and surfaces everywhere.

No external CRM, no glued-together Zapier chain, no per-seat SaaS bills. When Tavrix spin up a new press placement or change their QR insert, a Lovable prompt is the only deploy step — and we build & maintain the whole thing.

The outcome

Acquisition, attribution and broker workflow — in one owned stack.

Tavrix now run their entire acquisition operation — site, ad attribution, broker pipeline — from a single Lovable build they own outright. Every printed code, every newspaper insert and every digital channel resolves back to a row in their CRM, with the broker who worked it attached.
