These terms govern your use of RankLovable (the "Service"), provided by Rerakt Digital ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them.
1. The Service
RankLovable provides automated SEO/GEO audits, monitoring, and patch recommendations for websites. Outputs are technical guidance, not legal, financial, or professional advice.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must own the website you submit for monitoring or audit, or have permission from the owner.
3. Plans, billing & refunds
- One-off Fix Pack: payable upfront. Refundable within 7 days if no work has started.
- Monitor (£29/mo): monthly subscription, billed in advance, cancel anytime. No partial refunds for unused days.
- Growth Plan: minimum 3 months, then monthly. Cancel with 30 days notice.
UK consumer rights are not affected.
4. Founder-First privacy & your project
RankLovable operates under a strict Founder-First privacy policy. We are builders, not cloners. We never share your niche, your URL, your audit data or your traffic numbers with third parties, and we never use what we learn about your business to build competing products. We sign NDAs for all Agency and Growth Plan clients on request — just ask.
5. Backups, rollback & safe changes
Before we touch anything in your project we capture the relevant page, component or schema state so we can revert it. On Lovable, every change we ship also lives in your project's built-in version history — you can roll back any commit in one click without us. For code we push outside Lovable, we keep a tagged snapshot for 30 days. If something breaks, you are never stuck.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Submit websites you don't own or have permission to test.
- Use the Service to scan, scrape or attack third-party sites.
- Resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. We may schedule maintenance with reasonable notice.
8. Intellectual property
We own the Service, software, and audit methodology. You own your website content and the audit reports we produce for it.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost rankings, revenue or data.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination we'll stop billing and delete your data per the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
